We are delighted to be looking for Senior Strategic Consultants to join our client's team. This leading role will drive the successful adoption of our client's AI-powered platform, focusing on risk-based quality management (RBQM) in clinical trials. This role involves direct customer engagement to assess challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and lead change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption. Collaborating with Professional Services, Customer Success and other teams at CluePoints, the consultant will optimize rollout, refine adoption strategies using data-driven insights, and mitigate adoption risks. With outstanding experience in clinical development, deep RBQM expertise, and strong stakeholder management skills, the ideal candidate will enhance trial efficiencies and identify opportunities for business growth.
Job requirements
- Outstanding experience in clinical development (clinical operations, data management or central monitoring) with demonstrated expertise in large scale transformation or change initiatives
- Strong experience in a role directly related to delivery of RBQM, with deep understanding of different approaches to RBQM and relevant ICH requirements (E6 R3, E8 and E3)
- Proven experience with customer support, professional services or consulting support required
- Change management experience preferred
- Program and project management experience preferred
- Experience with direct customer interactions & stakeholder management skills at executive, senior leadership and middle management levels
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience of creating value cases and operating models for change initiatives.
- Highly autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple customers/programs/projects in parallel
- Travel up to 50%
- Remote location okay (US & Europe initial employee targets) - East Coast preferred in US, but qualified candidates in other time zones in US may be considered
Job responsibilities
- Perform discovery activities directly with customers: This includes a review of customer challenges, OKRs, and process/people/system ecosystems to understand current state of customer
- Perform analysis of discovery findings: To categorize, prioritize and frame a point of view of strategy, change management and organizational decisions that a customer should consider as a part of their adoption of CluePoints capabilities.
- Lead Change Management for RBQM Solutions: Drive the adoption of our AI-powered platform with a primary focus on integrating risk-based quality management (RBQM) into customer clinical trial and data management operations, guiding process redesign, and ensuring teams are equipped for effective use.
- Collaborate for Seamless Adoption: Work closely with Professional Services for operational rollout and partner with Customer Success to align on goals, leverage insights, and ensure ongoing customer engagement and successful RBQM integration.
- Refine Strategies for Continuous Improvement: Use data and customer feedback to enhance change management efforts, refine adoption strategies, and maximize the platform's impact on clinical trial efficiency and decision-making.
- Serve as internal stakeholder evaluating adoption/contractual risks : Working with relevant account stakeholders on optimization/additional consulting to mitigate such risks.
- Identify and partner with Product, Customer Success, Commercial teams on opportunities for additional cross-sell/upsell opportunities at a customer.
