Business Development Specialist 
Remote, UK  

Are you an experienced business development professional with a proven record of achievement in lead generation?
Can you demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, resilience, and a strong will to succeed?

We’re supporting one of our cutting-edge technology clients in their search for a full-time Business Development Specialist.
Note although our client’s offices are based in Cambridge this can be a fully remote position.   

Key responsibilities:

· Prospect potential new clients, by telephone, email, LinkedIn InMail, etc, to generate leads and set appointments for the TRI Sales Team.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing Team and actively prospect target customers provided by Marketing.
· Research companies to determine potential new accounts, identify appropriate individuals, and develop appropriate messaging for telephone or written outreach.
· Collaboratively work with the Sales and Marketing Teams to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
· Support Sales Team by maintaining a consistent level of content-based outreach to target and pipeline customers
· Develop and maintain an understanding of the oompany's solutions, key competitors, and relevant industry developments
· Effectively communicate TRI’s solutions and value proposition to prospective customers.
· Use the CRM (Salesforce) to manage and record all customer interactions providing consistent, concise and accurate reporting; create and manage leads/opportunities.
· Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
· Achieve or exceed sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
