Leadership Team Opportunities:
We are looking for exceptional professionals with a long-standing strong track record in the medical affairs consultancy /medical communications strategy space, candidates who share our commitment to make a difference in how drug development and commercialisation services can be accelerated to improve access to new treatments for all patients. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in leading clients, building and leading internal teams, and delivering strategic and scientific solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a leadership team focused on developing and delivering strategically-oriented services for medical affairs teams with an emphasis on leading-edge skills and technology.
- Provide day to day leadership and management of a growing medical strategy and communications team
- Develop, drive and deliver innovative and strategic initiatives in medical affairs and communications - across evidence generation, dissemination and audience-centered engagement. Typical services may include: Typical services may include scenario planning, scientific communication planning, integrated evidence generation planning, key opinion development planning & engagement, scientific narratives & platform development, congress & publication strategy, omnichannel strategy and engagement, medical affairs transformation, AI adoption, strategy workshop facilitation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, internal colleagues and key industry groups.
- Instill strategic operational and commercial excellence across a range of scientific and strategic service delivery areas.
Key Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in medical affairs consulting and strategic medical communications.
- Well respected within the industry, with a proven track record in leading clients to strategic solutions and building/leading internal teams.
- Operational and commercial acumen with a strong pedigree in scientific service delivery.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that deliver innovation, meet medical strategic objectives and drive business growth.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge and experience of the drug development process and how different strategic capabilities can be combined and executed
