- We are delighted to be looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team. We ideally need experience developing great training solutions for technology and AI for the Pharma industry. - We seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with a strong background in eLearning development and instructor-led training development. Expertise in clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging and effective learning solutions for our company's products for both internal and external audiences. - Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop and implement high-quality eLearning and ILT solutions for our software solutions serving the clinical trials industry, utilizing instructional design methodologies and eLearning authoring tools. - Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and effective content development and delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create eLearning solutions that meet those needs. - Develop and maintain a library of eLearning content, ensuring that it is current and relevant. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices in instructional design and eLearning development. - Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development. - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, and Camtasia. - Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills. - Knowledge of clinical data management or clinical trials would be a distinct advantage. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - #instructionaldesigner #trainer
